Visit Navy Pier - Disability Services To make your visit more enjoyable, we've worked hard to ensure that the Navy Pier complex is accessible to all our visitors. Entrances, elevators, telephones, and services have all been designed to accommodate the needs of guests with disabilities. You'll also find that our staff is always ready to assist in any way possible. So come join the fun at Navy Pier! Wheelchairs/Elevators Wheelchairs are available at the Guest Services Desk inside the Family Pavilion, which is located near the West entrance, and the East End Security Post. They are available at no charge, on a fist-come, first-served basis. ID is required. All levels of the Navy Pier complex are accessible by elevators. Security & First Aid Navy Pier security is available at all times and can be reached by calling (312) 595-5060. Visitors requiring first aid or medical attention should contact Navy Pier security. Security personnel are on duty 24 hours a day, and are trained to assist in most medical emergencies Tour and Dining Boats Tour and Dining boats docked here are operated independently of Navy Pier, and may have different accommodations for people with disabilities. Prior to your visit, you may wish to contact the ship directly. For a list of tour or dinner cruise ships, please call (312) 595-PIER. Parking at Navy Pier Accessible parking is available in both the East and West garages located adjacent to entry doors.
